Setup Epicor Identity Accounts
Instructions to Setup Epicor Identity Accounts
- Go to https://epiccare.epicor.com , that should take you to the outside of the EpicCare Portal, see below. On the Right hand side click on Log In with Epicor Identity.
- That will take you to this page and you’ll click on Register as a New User
- On the next page where it says Account Number you will need to put in your Site ID number. Click on Next.
- Here you need to fill in the email address of the person you’re setting up, enter their first and last name and then makeup a password for them. Then click on Register
- The Administrators will receive an email from identity@epicor.com and will need to approve the setup of the person. Once you do that then that person will receive the email from identity@epicor.com and they will need to login with the temporary password and change it right away. Then they are setup.
